Funds expire June 30
CHOOSE Act funds don’t roll over. Anything unspent by June 30 is gone, so it’s worth starting classes early in the year.
Alabama’s CHOOSE Act (Creating Hope and Opportunity for Our Students’ Education) is administered by the Alabama Department of Revenue. Eligibility, award amounts and allowable expenses are determined by the program under its published rules.

Three steps from free class to CHOOSE Act-funded classes

Book a free class
Choose a time, share your child’s age and level, and meet a teacher. No card and no commitment.
2
Enroll month-to-month
Choose private lessons or a small group and how often they meet. Change or pause any month — no long-term contract.
3
Submit the ClassWallet invoice
Each month we issue a student-specific invoice, one invoice per child. Log into ClassWallet, choose “Pay Vendor,” select SpanishVIP and submit the invoice — about two minutes.
